Kevin J. King
Bio
Kevin J. King was born and raised in Long Beach, California, and resides in the Belmont Shore area with his wife and kids. Kevin’s family has been active in real estate investments for nearly 40 years and he has been involved in real estate investment since 1991. Since joining Marcus & Millichap in 1995, Kevin has consistently been one of the top agents in the firm.
Kevin has a strong background in real estate management, finance, and investment brokerage. His expertise is in Southern California apartments. Kevin demonstrates a strong knowledge in his areas of specialization, and is respected by others within the firm and throughout the industry as a leader in the market area.
Kevin is responsible for providing his clients with current market knowledge and up-to-date information on market trends. In addition, he is accountable for all promotional activities, contract preparation, negotiations, due diligence, arranging financing and coordinating the closing of transactions. For every property that is offered for sale, there are a limited number of buyers. That limited number of buyers becomes even more limited as the price approaches the high end of what is considered “the market.” Kevin has demonstrated that he can seek out this limited investor population and attain the highest possible price for his clients.

Martin Porter

Martin Porter has been in the retail real estate industry for over 25 years, and has worked with a variety of national institutional-oriented real estate companies. He has worked on properties ranging from 8,000 square feet to over 1,000,000 square feet, encompassing traditional, promotional, enclosed, ground-up developments, lifestyle/specialty shopping centers, as well as retail components of urban oriented mixed-use developments. Additionally, he has concluded close to 300 lease transactions representing approximately 1,000,000 square feet, worth over $130 million. He has a respected reputation for rigorous cold calling, consistent follow up, and successful closing techniques, and provides value and upside in every endeavor. He has an in-depth knowledge of many markets in the Western and Southwestern United States, and a keen sense to
quickly and proficiently evaluate new markets.

Arnie was raised in Downey, California and currently resides in Lakewood, California. He attended California State University of Fullerton where he received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration. Arnie specializes in asset analyses, property operations analyses, and specific asset buy – sell strategies. Arnie earned his position in the top 10 agents ranking for the Long Beach office. His responsibilities at Marcus & Millichap include researching, underwriting, negotiating, marketing, providing up-to-date market knowledge, and demonstrating the latest market trends to our clients. Continual contact with a database of over 5,000 Southern California apartment investors through the use of phone, mail, fax, email and social media ensures listing exposure to all qualified principals.

Kyle R. A. Blair
Bio
Kyle R. A. Blair was born and raised in Long Beach, California and now resides in Belmont Heights. Kyle got his start in multi-family real estate at a young age. One of his earliest memories is going with his dad to collect quarters from the communal laundry machines in his family’s apartment buildings. Ever since then, Kyle has been observing and Collecting a vast and diverse knowledge of the industry that spans from painting garages to cold calling.
Kyle has a strong educational background attending the University of Southern California for the last three years with a major in Economics with a minor in Finance. He looks forward to graduating this next spring. Kyle utilizes this knowledge to understand markets, the macro and micro economy, and the time value of money.
Kyle has worked in commercial real estate for four years and specifically the last three with Marcus & Millichap and Kevin King. His family has been in real estate for seventy years in Long Beach and Kyle looks forward to continuing that legacy. Kyle is responsible for research, investment analysis, underwriting, and rent analysis. Kyle considers achieving the rank of Eagle Scout his greatest achievement so far.

Having been bom and raised in Long Beach, CA, Blake possesses in-depth knowledge and deep connections within the city. Blake proudly works alongside Kevin who has over 30 years of experience in the Long Beach Multifamily industry.

Joyce Clark is the founder and owner of Long Beach Escrow, which has been in business as part of the Southern California escrow community since 1981. Professional, knowledgeable, informed yet personal service is the first priority of Long Beach Escrow, and Joyce and her staff consistently provide that level of quality performance , leading to successfully closed transactions for her clients. Joyce is also the founder and owner of Long Beach Trading Company, Inc., the affiliated exchange accommodator of Long Beach Escrow, for 1031 tax deferred exchanges, which she established in 1986, one of the oldest exchange services in California. With over 40 years’ experience in the escrow industry, Joyce maintains a large following of clients who have worked with her for many years, and continue to do so, due to her high level of expertise, integrity, creativity and problem solving capabilities.
